Mindfulness Distance Learning Course

We offer one to one Mindfulness Sessions, especially for those who are unable to travel to join a group, it is possible to follow the 8-week Mindfulness Training either on a one-to-one basis, or as a programme of distance learning over the Phone or Skype.
In either cases, the usual mindfulness 8 week training provides the agenda for the work, and CDs and an adapted manual are provided to help steer the home practice. A weekly telephone/Skype call is included in the distance learning model; in the one-to-one model, there are weekly meetings lasting for hour and a half. The Sessions, materials and practices are adopted and modified according to the needs of the participant. The initial 40 minutes session will be an opportunity to meet with the teacher and discuss about your needs and course structure and practices. We do not charge for this initial session.
You can attend the Day Retreat with the other groups however that is optional and is not included in the cost of the training
