Guitar for intermediate players

I have a flexible and student-centred approach that aims to tailor lessons to the interests and enthusiasms of students while also integrating musicianship skills, formal technique and improvisation. I have a wide range of students, from 7-year-olds learning simple folk melodies to adults learning popular songs or studying jazz and blues. I take great pride in being a good role model for children with a warm, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.

For intermediate learners, improving may include honing your technique, expanding your chords and scales knowledge, learning to improvise, learning new techniques such as fingerpicking, understanding music theory and much more.
