Natural Self Defence

My lesson contains defence moves against:
- wrist, arm or collar grabs (single or double handed)
- all directions of attacks i.e. from in front, behind, side and corners
- surpirse attacks and close up confrontations
- bear hugs and head locks
- kicks or punches
- weapons
You will learn right from the basics (stance and hand positions) up to more advanced techniques (joint locks and throws) with a chance to practice each move with me. Handouts will be provided and note taking is advised to ensure an adequate level of understanding is obtained whilst in the lesson.
I run an open lesson and encourage questions as this shows that the information is being absorbed.
This one to one session is for people who have no fighting experience or if you just want to add onto existing techniques.
More advanced moves can be taught but only after the 1st lesson has been completed.
