After discussion and assessment, your lesson will be individually tailored to suit your needs. Generally the lesson will include:
warming using sun salutations if appropriate
standing strength using e.g. warrior postures
standing balance
hip openers
seated stretches
core abdominal and back stretches
relaxation and meditation

  • I teach from home (or a fixed venue)
  • I travel to students
