Don't expect session to be boring, they are not. Tai Chi does require some commitment in terms of daily practice time to refine moves and gain maximum benefits.

For example, for 1:1 lessons, those recovering stroke symptoms or muscle wasting conditions will require less streneous movements.

Mental health benefits are numerous for those with anxiety issues, IBS, MS, ME, and Parkinsons are just some conditions which could improve. Post op recovery from surgery and or traumatic situations can benefit from gentle Tai Chi and meditation techniques for years to come.

Lesson delivery may take place in homes subject to space. A risk assessment is required prior to teaching outside formal classes. Confidential health profiles are mandatory to ensure all students are provided with suitable content.
