Yoga for well being
Everyone is welcome to try out one to one sessions, whether it be for improving or beginnning your yoga posture skills, for tackling some physical problem such as recovering from an accident or suffering from a chronic condition, or for a mental health issue such as suffering from symptoms of stress, grief, behavioural problems or simply that you want to improve the quality of your life overall. Yoga can and will help, particularly if you are wanting to help yourself.
