A 1-2-1 session may be ideal for you, if you are looking to develop your personal practice. In these bespoke sessions, the focus is on you and what you want to get out from yoga. This may be developing a practice that relaxes you, that will help you to build up core strength or to become more supple, or that provides you with an energising routine.
A 1-2-1 session could be an introduction to yoga for you, if you were a beginner and didn't feel like joining a bigger group without a bit more experience, or it could be a way for you to deepen your practice and enquire about movement, the benefits of yoga and your own journey with it. It's also a great opportunity to explore some of those postures, which you have never felt so sure about. These sessions are all about your yoga.
