This is an ideal opportunity to learn Mindfulness Meditation and relaxation techniques in a one-to-one session in a nurturing environment. Sessions take place in the Santosha Yoga Studio in Dalkey, south Dublin (close to Dun Laoghaire, Glenageary, Killiney, Sandycove and Glasthule).
