Up to 80% of visits to the GP are stress related. So if you found a way to bring a feeling of inner peace and calm to combat life's stress, would you be willing to spend a few hours and a few pounds to investigate this?

Improve your physical health and sleep pattern, lower blood pressure, heart rate and reduce anxiety. Improve oxygen consumption and therefore brain power, decision making and gain much improved quality of sleep. So you will awake much fresher with increased creative thinking and better concentration capacity.

This introduction to meditation and stress release enables the student to explore and experience different techniques to find what suits you best. To discuss with the tutor any problems and find solutions to enable you to get the best out of the sessions.

Be prepared to practice what you'e learned between sessions and to set aside around 3- 5 sessions (or more for an ongoing commitment) to enable you to become accompanished in the techniques.
