Meditation Relaxation and Stress Release for Busy People, introduction

Location:

I work individually with clients to explore different techniques that they can incorporate into their lifestyle. We work at your pace. Generally 5 weekly sessions, generally £75 for the course.

To bring about:
1. a feeling of inner peace and calm, to combat stress
2. improvement in your physical health, lower blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen consumption and brain activity (not guaranteed)
3. reduced anxiety and panic attacks
4. increase creative thinking and better concentration
5. bring about positive change for more effective living
