One-on-One Pole sessions
Beginners to Intermediate
Each pole lesson consists of a intense warm up so as to avoid any unnecessary injuries but also help to strengthen your core and ability to work on the pole.
Depending on your ability and what it is you hope to achieve from these lessons the content will vary from person to person i.e if its for performance then we'll work on some strong positions and routine work but if its for home entertainment we may do more floor work, styling and hug appeal stuff.
