Active meditation - learn to meditate the modern way
Individual OSHO Active Meditation classes in which the space is dedicated totally to you are a more intimate alternative to a group class. (Up to) An hour and a half gives more time to settle at the start and prepare yourself to leave at the end.
The first session begins by getting to know each another and going through each of the meditations on offer so that you can decide which you want try. You’ll find yourself leading each session in the sense that you choose what meditation we do together. As a support, I always meditate with you.
At the end of each session, we quietly explore whatever you want to share about your meditation.
A bit about me
A meditation teacher since 2008, I co-lead regular yoga and meditation workshops in London. My love affair with meditation finds me regularly participating in groups and classes around the world. Highlights of the past five years include:
