Learn Mindfulness
We explore what mindfulness is and how we can incorporate it into daily life in order to improve our quality of life and sense of wellbeing. I lead a meditation practice and we discuss how to practice it at home. We look at the issues that can arise during meditation practice and how to deal with them. The sessions can take place in the privacy of your own home or in my quiet therapy room in central Taunton. I am happy for you to book appointments at a schedule to suit you. If you prefer to just have one appointment to find out whether or not you wish to learn more about mindfulness,I can accommodate this.
