This class is a perfect way for a beginner to sample meditation. I provide a welcoming warm atmosphere where you can feel relaxed while also learning basic meditation techniques to help in your daily life. Regular meditation can help keep your mind and body healthy and happy by lowering blood pressure and calming the mind.
