One to one yoga is a personalised approach to the practice so each session is specific to the individual.

You may be starting out, returning to yoga after a break, have specific issues you'd like to address such as stress, fatigue, recovery after injury or illness.

Whatever your particular need, I work with you to bring natural freedom to the breath and ease of movement to the body so that you feel encouraged to practice regularly and bring what you learn in your sessions to life.
