You can enjoy all the benefits of baby yoga in your home; before bed to help your baby into a deep sleep, or during the day, there will be some gentle stretches for your self to get your body back to normal and you can learn some new songs and exercises to share with your baby.
Pregnancy yoga can be enjoyed at a time to suit you. It has been said by some of my mum's to be that the day they do pregnancy yoga is the best nights sleep of the week.
