Go With The Flow
Location:
At a beginner level you will be taught the basic principles and concepts of 5 Element Chi Kung which uses static, moving exercises and meditations to open and relax the joints and muscles of the body to allow greater energy flow. You will also become more aware of the body and moving from the centre
Intermediate level will learn more about the meridians of the body and internal energy while also looking at Yang style Tai Chi forms.
You can also get together with a few friends and share the cost of one to one session. Maximum 6 people.
