With increasing attention on health, fitness and the 'obesity epidemic' what can you do if you really don't like the idea of going to a gym?

If you want an alternative way to exercise consider the benefits of hooping! You can keep your hoop handy for when you are watching TV or take some time out of your busy day to do some simply waist hooping or enjoy the complexities of hoopdance.

Hooping works your whole body. Hooping on your waist challenges your core muscles, mobilises your spine and raises your pulse. Hooping on and off your body can help to improve your balance and right-left coordination and, best of all, it helps you feel good.

Private tuition can be arranged anywhere where there is enough space for hooping - as a guide, please allow a minimum of approximately 3feet/1 metre in every direction around you for safe hooping. If you are happy to learn via the internet, I can teach you via Skype, or if you prefer, I can come to your home and teach you in person.

Organise a class or workshop in your area for a group of 10 or more participants and you can learn for free!
