If you feel classes are not for you or you feel you would like a few personal sessions before joining a class then this is a great option for you!
We will go through the basics of kickboxing and what it takes to keep fit and healthy. We will talk about your interests and what you want to get out of your training.
We would also discuss what training method is best for you and how you can go about keeping that training up.
I am not just your trainer, I'm your friend!
