This is similar to boxercise and gives an intense fitness and fatburning workout, as clients strike focus pads with hands, knees, kicks and elbows. In between the pad sessions curcuit training exercises are undertaken. The moves are based on the most popular and effective Chinese martial arts.
Held at Beeston Gym 91 Humber Rd, Beeston Notts NG9 2ET weekday afternoons
