Hatha Yoga is a gentle flowing practice focusing on breathing with gentle slow movements and postures.
Hatha Yoga is ideal for those new to yoga.
Some people may find the pace of a Hatha Yoga class too slow and therefore another type of Yoga practice maybe more beneficial for them.
