Mindfulness for Stress and Creativity
Location:
Meeting 1-to-1 in person or by phone is a good way to learn mindfulness. We can work flexibly in a way that works for you and meets your needs
You will learn meditation and explore new ways of paying attention – on purpose and non-judgmentally – to what is happening right now, even if it’s difficult. That can help you break habitual patterns and respond more creatively to whatever is happening right now. That helps if you want to be more creative, or if you are working with stress at work and physical pain to anxiety, depression and other conditions.
