The reason I visit you is so that I can have a quick peek in your fridge freezer and cupboards, understand your lifestyle, then get down to the nitty gritty of getting you on the right path. I will also ask you to keep a record of your eating habits, when you're feeling hungry and what foods you crave. Not only this, but you working lifestyle too.

I will also answer any fitness questions you may have and show you some simple exercises you can do at home in your own time!
