Responding to individual needs. This may be exploring how tai chi can help with your core stability, balance, or may be how to manage anxiety.

Tai chi practice is excellent for longevity in life and we can tailor your session to explore what suits you best.

Sessions may include some or all of the following:
Chen style tai chi
Standing meditation
Weapons forms

  • I teach from home (or a fixed venue)
  • I teach online

Week days, Weekends

HOW LONG: 1 Hours

LEVEL: Beginner


£30 per session or £120 for 6 sessions booked in block, room hire additional if considered it's required.
