General Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga for Women's Health

The class will be individually crafted with you in mind, and specific focus is given to what you wish to work on. You may need to de-stress, create space for your body and mind to be stretched, or build strength. Shelley also has a strong interest in women’s health and can create a programme that focuses on gentle postures and relaxation techniques to complement treatments in IVF, fertility, osteoporosis and menopause, as well as pre/post natal yoga too.
