The form will help identify the topics and questions that you wish to address and help us both prepare for the consultation. Once you submit the form you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your responses and I will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm the date, time and location of your consultation.

Rates: 
My fee for private consultations is £45 per hour or £80 for a two hour session.
