Therapeutic Yoga

One-to-one sessions to suit individual needs, whether physical, mental and emotional, a holistic and totally personal practice is devised. The treatment could involve further discussion, breathing awareness and exercises, visualisation & relaxation techniques, yoga postures, guided meditation, hands-on healing etc…It really depends on the individual. You do not need to have any previous experience of yoga, pranayama (breathing) or meditation practises to benefit from therapeutic yoga.
