Karen teaches individuals and small groups at her small studio or it may be possible for her to teach at a suitable alternative place.
Everyone can benefit from the various aspects of Yoga, bringing about peace of mind, improved posture, flexibility and balance in life.
Yoga is not about moving your body into strange positions, it is about becoming aware of your body, breath and mind and using these to find some clarity, to feel from inside out,to discover your inner self.
Yoga is about now,being truly in the moment. The breath alone is a powerful tool, but there are many tools in yoga...
asana(postures), pranayama(breathing techniques), relaxation, meditation, sound(chanting), philosophy(yoga sutras etc.).
Karen aims to give you some of the tools to enable you to still the mind and enjoy the moment.
