One-to-One Personalised Yoga Training
Glasgow Yoga offers private one-to-one training in all types of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Fitness, Running, & Personal Training.
Your one hour session (or longer if desired) with our fully qualified Yoga Teacher will be entirely customised towards you. Your first session will include a consultation to discuss your personalised training program and desired goals. You will receive a copy of your own tailored program, with advice and full information.
Many people see tremendous benefits of these sessions, in that they often learn more in a single one-to-one session than in multiple yoga classes. This is because of the individual attention the teacher can bestow towards the student.
Many beginners prefer to start their Yoga training with a one-to-one session to gauge their own ability and give themselves the confidence they require to get started with regular group classes.
Your teacher, Simon, has many years practice and expresses kindness, understanding and respect. Simon is fully qualified, insured, Disclosure Scotland certified, and can be trusted as a confidante.
