Mindfulness is often learnt in a group format but often people cannot commit to a regular class or prefer a more individual approach which allows you to work more flexibly, exploring mindfulness in a way that suits you. Individual mindfulness sessions can help with depression, anxiety, stress, chronic pain and long term health conditions.

Each session is customised to your needs, which helps to focus around your personal requirements, reflect and ask questions in a confidential manner. Mindfulness can help you become more aware and less reactive to life’s stresses , helping you make choices in how you respond rather than react to situations, leading to an improved quality of life and better coping.

Home practice on a daily basis in between each session helps to support your learning and deepen the skills learned. The benefits of mindfulness are cumulative and daily practice helps to remember the skills when learning something new.
