Kagyu Ling has hosted visits from some of the greatest masters of modern times, including His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, His Holiness the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa, His Holiness Sakya Trizin, Kalu Rinpoche, Dingo Khyense Rinpoche and Bokar Rinpoche. The centre is run by volunteers and funded by donations.
