I am a Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner certified in the UK and USA offering my services in South West London (English and Spanish).

I especially welcome people interested in Sport Performance and issues connected with physical and/or emotional wellbeing: weight and fitness management, pain relief, stress, confidence and self-esteem, unwanted habits, mental blockages and some clinical issues (IBS, Tinitus, etc.).

I consider myself as a Tutor who does not instruct people but facilitate a process of re-education of their inner communication patterns to achieve their desired results in a faster and smoother way than working in their own.
