If you have ever fancied learning Ukulele this class will teach you the basics of how to tune, hold the instrument and play simple chords.
By the end of the session you will be playing whole tunes. This class is ideal for beginners or come along to learn some new tips and new chords if you already know the basics.

A fun and gentle exercise class focusing on safe methods to tone and stretch all muscle groups with emphasis on balance, coordination, posture, core structure and brain training.
In each class participants are taught exercises and stretches for major muscle groups and exercises that help with activities of daily living. Balance training is also incorporated in each class. Exercises will improve hand to eye coordination, brain training, posture and breathing techniques.

Groovy Babies Disco is an all dancing, super shaking, friendship making disco delight. The GB team create a haven for the imagination, energetic stimulation and a fun packed 2 hour disco full of groovy moves to fuel your tiny dancers with ideas and happiness!
The GB team includes Airy Fairy Faye, Princess Antonia, Hayley Hiccups, Jumpin' Julia and Shufflin' Sam - who will make an appearance at the next disco?
The disco includes a musicical introduction to welcome GB team to the stage, a warm-up routine for everyone to get involved with, fun routines to learn and practice, face painting, glitter tattoos and a magical fairytale cool down.
You can even expect hip-hop hula-hooping, body poppin', shakin' statues and follow my leader.
Groovy Babies Disco lands at ARC for a fun filled 2 hours. Don't miss out. Tell all your friends and shake it on down to the grooviest baby party in town!
Food served all day and the bar will be open for mummies and daddies too!
