Second Bath JKD class at Percy Community Centre!

COMPLETE BEGINNERS WELCOME!!

Learn essential skills that could save you or your families life!

Everyone is taught from the ground up in a progressive thoughtful manner at their own pace.

Emphasis is placed on balance and mobility, footwork and evasion, lead hand and foot striking, deceptiveness, precise distance and timing, sensual awareness (visual, audio, tactile) and learning to attack and defend with broken rhythm from Bi Jong or natural. You will learn the hand, foot and body "tools" of JKD and in time learn to use them instinctively and automatically to counter threat and aggression.

It goes without saying your fitness, confidence and self esteem will be dramatically boosted through our classes, and aswell as many physical challenges expect mental challenges along the way!

Classes run on Tuesday evening, 8 to 930pm at the Percy Centre, Bath, BA12BN
(Second weekly class starting soon!)
