scrapbook iconHub weekender | Letter Lounge

Saturday 25th April, 12-4pm Hub Islington

Everyone loves finding a handwritten letter from an old friend on their doormat. Fact. The best way to get one is to send one. The thing is, we're all so busy living our lives in a flurry of twittering, facebooking, and emailing to ever find the time to put pen to paper let alone walk to the post box. This month, we're trying something new to change all that. The last Saturday in April will see the Hub in Angel Islington become The Letter Lounge; a space where you can come along and write the letters you never have time for and enjoy a bit of a social.

We'll bring: cake, tea, coffee, and a free stamp for the first twenty people. We'll even take the trouble to post your letters for you.

You'll bring: your favourite pen and paper, some baked goods and a sunny disposition. That's it. Hosted by Chris from Stemcel Studios and Claire from glovepuppet.
This event is free, (although you’re most welcome to contribute with food and drink) but please book by emailing [email protected], subject: Letter Lounge.
