An evening of meditation, celebration and transformation as we welcome the light of the sun. A chance for us to connect in unity and honour the energy of the winter and the return of the light, as we release all what no longer serves our purpose. Working with the throat chakra, we will harmonise and balance this chakra. Checking for any imbalances and considering the possible causes of imbalance in this chakra and how it can affect us.

We will connect with our own personal truth, perhaps discover what that is for us, releasing any fears that we may have of speaking and living that truth.
