WHO ARE WE?
Myself and a former gym partner have recently set up a plush new gym in central London. The gym is located 3 minutes walk from Euston station. When you visit our gym you receive a warm welcome to go along with our great training styles and techniques. Trainers in this gym are qualified to a very high standard recognized by the BBBofC (British Boxing Board of Control)

WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO ACHEIVE?

At any of our Kickboxing Defence Arts (or KDA) classes, you'll learn Kickboxing, Self-Defence and Martial Arts.

The hardest part is making yourself take the first class, after that you'll be hooked!

KDA is a progressive, modern martial art that combines kickboxing with elements of other styles and
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training to give students a diverse learning experience.

The classes are fun and friendly, giving students a relaxed and safe learning environment.

Karate is a path of constant learning and improving technique - a bit like perfecting your golf swing. I am lucky because I am able to train at Sensei Ohta's club (Oasis SKC) at the Oasis Leisure Centre, 32 Endell Street, London WC2 and also at the JKA (Japan Karate Association) courses which are held around the country on a regular basis.

Welcome to East London Muay Thai Academy. The aim of the Academy is to make Thai Boxing as accessible as possible for as many people as possible. Muay Thai is a national sport of Thailand as well as a national passion. Known as the science of eight limbs Muay Thai kickboxing uses the knees and elbows as well as kicks and punches. Muay Thai kickboxing is a professional and amateur sport, a martial art, aerobic fitness programme and a useful form of self-defence.
