Teaching Tai Chi & Chi Kung (Qi Gong) for 25 years.
Meditation teacher with over 30 years experience.
Trained and training in Buddhist meditation from the Tibetan Nyingma/Kagyu tradition and with direct application to western lifestyles.
Worked for 15 years in mental health work as a mental health day centre social worker specialising in therapeutic groupwork.

I founded Heartland Tai Chi as a way to help people experience the living principles of Tai Chi as an art for living well. I offer weekly classes, workshops, retreats, individual tuition as well as working with specialist groups and Corporate business.
