About me:

Hello my name is Alec and I am a Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor, PassPlus and Mock Test Instructor. I cover Charnwood and North West Leicestershire. eg. Coalville, Loughborough, Shepshed and surrounding areas. Also covering Melton Mowbray area.

What You Get:

If you learn to drive with me you will be in safe hands as I pride myself on encouraging people to be safe drivers for life, this is reflected in my pass rate which is much higher than the local average. I am also fully checked and cleared by the criminal records bureau. My main goal is that you enjoy your experience and learn.

First Lesson:

Before you can drive on the road you must first get you provisional license. You will also need to read a number plate at 20 metres, so if you need glasses to do this then bring them. It is normal to be a little nervous before your first lesson, but you will soon feel at ease as I will ensure you are familiarized with the car and it's controls before we start to drive on a quiet road. Whilst you get the great feeling of driving a car on your own you will also be completely safe as I will talk you through everything you need to know and I will give you the right amount of help to keep the car under full control.

The Car:

Brand new fully insured dual-controled Vauxhall Corsa which is very easy to drive, has all the latest safety features and air conditioning for your comfort.

On Track:

Your lessons will be tailored to your needs and you will be given a useful (Track Record) book which I will update after every driving lesson, so you can monitor your progress and ensure you have covered all the major subjects to help you pass driving test and drive safely for th rest of your life.
