I work as Executive Director for the Allenham Music Group, including non-profit community childrens choir Cor Casnewydd (www.corcasnewydd.co.uk), innovative theatre education provider The Joyce Marshall Academy of Performing Arts (www.joycemarshallacademy.co.uk), Early Music Makers (www.earlymusicmakers.co.uk) and non profit performing arts initiative TARGET (Theatre Arts: Get Involved, www.target-arts.org)

As part of my work, I am an experienced LAMDA Acting coach with a 100% pass rate. LAMDA exams in performance are extremely valuable qualifications, giving students and parents something concrete for their time, effort and money. In doing so, this boosts students' confidence. The LAMDA examinations are DAQF and QCA recognised, and count towards UCAS points for University and College entry fees. Finally, the exams are a must for a CV, showing an ability to speak publically with clarity and volume.
