The Quayside Cloggies, a ladies clog-morris side, are based in Poole, Dorset and we celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2010 with a weekend of dance at Lulworth Cove / Lulworth Castle. We dance in the North-West Tradition. Our dances mainly originate in Cheshire and Lancashire but include some garland dances from all over the country and some we have arranged ourselves.

The team wear colourful handmade costumes and clogs styled on traditional wear for the mill workers in the North of England during the nineteenth century.

Over the years we have always collected to help local charities and all of our collection goes to our nominated charity. This year we are collecting for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance

We welcome new dancers and musicians. From Mid-Sept to Mid-June we practise at St Luke's Church Hall, Winton on Monday evenings 7.45pm to 10pm. Our dance-out season is from May to Sept although we do some out of season events as well. Phone 01202 605288 or 01202 548360 for information.
