I am a Dru yoga Teacher, and Teacher Trainer here in Manchester city centre. I have been teaching yoga for over 6 years to people of all abilities and ages. Dru is a soft, flowing form of yoga, incorporating all the traditional postures of yoga and a whole range of unique to Dru Energy Block Release sequences and posture sequences.

We also teach Dru Yoga Online - for those that can't get to a regular class, or would like to support thier weekly practice by doing something at home. www.druyogaonlinestudio.com

Dru Yoga Teaching Diploma

Dru Yoga Teacher Trainig Diploma. 200+ hours of contact time. Since graduating in 2003, I have studied with the Dru Yoga Training team and am now a senior tutor of the Manchester Dru Yoga Teacher Training School. I also teach the Dru Yoga post-graduate module in Dru Yoga for kids and teens.
