Our services include one to one life coaching with two preferred options:
1. Results Life coaching program
2. Personal Breakthrough coaching program
We also provide online coaching programs which you can complete in your own time. Our Personal Power Plan program includes modules for coaches and coachees who want to learn about setting powerful goals using our four step model, the GROW model, the Wheel Of Life model and the CREATE model.
My approach to life coaching is a blend of results focused coaching, with NLP, Hypnosis, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive investigation, and breathwork techniques.
My clients are holistic therapists, professional speakers, professional sports people, published authors, police officers, teachers, NHS staff and small business owners others.
My life coaching focus is on business goals, emotional wellbeing goals, confidence breakthroughs, and personal or professional relationships.
I deliver life coaching via phone or online meeting platform.

Sessions may be held over the telephone, or can be face to face dependant upon your needs.
High impact and rapid "Personal Breakthrough" sessions are available.
Brakthrough sesions consist of 2x face to face sessions (up to 3 hours each) with a telephone follow up session. Contact me for full details of how Personal Breakthrough sessions will transform your life.
Results focused Coaching packages are also available and include the 3 or 6 month Personal Results coaching packages which kicks off with a FREE trial (session fee will be deducted from the total package price if you decide to continue)
