Ben is appointed to the Milton Keynes Music Service Teaching Panel.

Ben loves teaching the Clarinet. He has given a master class to a group of advanced clarinet players at the Milton Keynes Music Service, and this was very well received. He has also taken clarinet sectional rehearsals for the Music Service. Ben teaches anyone who would like to learn, from beginners to players of Grade 8 level and beyond. He has had excellent exam results from his pupils. Ben is happy to teach all age groups, his students have ranged in age from 8 to 50 plus.

Ben's own former teacher, Karl Leister, fully endorses Ben teaching. Karl says that Ben is uniquely able to pass on his teaching to the young generation.

Ben is able to inspire students by demonstrating with his own playing, and by drawing on the experiences from the amazing teaching he has had himself. Ricardo Morales, David Campbell, Karl Leister, and Paul Harris rank among the most important figures in the clarinet world today. Ben tries to make his lessons both serious and entertaining. He has an in depth understanding of good clarinet technique, and takes a holistic approach to the teaching of Music.

Lessons are mostly held at Ben's home in Stony Stratford, Bucks. Ben can also drive to nearby locations during evenings and weekends, by arrangement. Ben is happy to give regular lessons, consultation lessons, exam preparation lessons and master classes. Lessons are £30 per hour (pro-rata, shorter lessons are possible for less experienced students).
