British Wheel of Yoga teacher for over 20 years, with an eclectic approach from a variety of traditions. My teaching approach to yoga is not "one size fits all" and all students are encouraged to develop a practice that is suited to them. Regular classes are held in Greenwich for mixed abilities and experience. I hold a separate women only class on Thursday evenings. Various Saturday afternoon workshops are offered throughout the year, for those students who want to deepen their experience of yoga.
I have specialisations in pregnancy yoga & labour preparation, babies & infants and have led workshops for local midwives & NCT teachers.
Also a massage Therapist, baby massage instructor & Reiki master and offer appointments in Greenwich. The "mummies massages" is a mobile massage therapy service for groups.

Baby Yoga, Massage & More
Interactive ways to improve the body systems of your baby- especially digestion, respiratory & circulatory. A beautiful way of enhancing the bonds between mother (or father, grandma, etc) & child. You will develop confidence in the relaxed physical handling of your baby, helping baby to feel, in turn, relaxed & safe. Adaptations included for more upright massage positions and yoga songs & movements used as age appropriate. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old.

Refunds only offered in cases such as early births. If classes are missed notice is required. However to be as fair as possible these classes can then be made up in lieu within a 3month period.
Cancellation of massage/Reiki treatments requires a 24hr notice or you will be charged.
