Blue is a long time practitioner and teacher of Qigong (chi kung) with 30 years experience of energetic practises.
He initially started practising Yoga as a teenager. In his early twenties his focus turned to martial arts and the Qigong styles that complemented this practise. However his interest and later career in psychotherapy and the healing arts soon led him to focus his study and practise on the mainly healing aspects of Qigong.
He has studied with several well known (and lesser known but equally inspiring) Chinese, American and South East Asian Qigong Masters. Blue teaches several styles including breathing and meditation, connecting heaven and earth, shamanic spontaneous movement for more advanced practitioners and dragon and tiger medical chi gung which he recommends as a starting point for beginners
