Qualifications:

- currently a contracted violin player in the Hong Kong Sinfonietta
- received a master and a bachelor violin performance degree from two prominent music school in the USA
- have been playing violin for 20 years
- have taught in different schools in both Hong Kong and the USA, experienced in teaching children
- have played in many music festivals and orchestras, and worked and studied with a lot of world class musicians and teachers
- have received number of prizes in scholarships in both Hong Kong and the USA
- can speak fluent Cantonese and English

Teaching:

- believe that music is an essential part of education, especially for children
- aim at giving professional but fun lessons to students
- help students to develop fine techniques in violin by a lot of demonstrations, explanations, and other different methods
- highly encourage students to listen to a lot of music and will discuss about that, this is the most effective way to develop interest towards music
- will teach ABRSM exams if the student wishes
- can be home visiting lesson if possible
- lessons can be 30 (not for home visiting), 45 or 60 minutes
