I'm Portuguese and my passion for dancing and the happiness of bringing well being to the others made me become an instructor! Looking to be as close as possible to perfection I'm always improving my methods and updating my dance technique. My warm Latin blood and love for African rhythms and all kinds of dance expression give my classes an energetic and unique flavour! In Zumba with Carla Lima classes you can be yourself and just enjoy the party while you're learning!
I'm a qualified Exercise to Music (ETM) instructor level 2, Zumba®
basics 1 and 2, Zumbatomic®,Zumba® Toning and also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP'S).
In addition I'm also qualified as a First Aider.
