I have more than ten years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language, in individual classes and small groups, from absolute beginners to conversation level and preparation for exams e.g. GCSEs. I use mainly the communicative method based on objectives that are met through repetition, role play, listening, reading and writing practice; but I also use tough grammar when necessary or convenient.

I have also extensive experience working in primary schools in London after qualifying here as a primary school teacher. I am a patient and empathic teacher, I am always positive and supportive as well as assertive and confident. I have an MA with Merit in Education.
