Chris Holt
Students say they leave my classes "relaxed, yet invigorated".
I teach Hatha yoga with a gentle approach. It's a way to find space and peace in busy, demanding lives and to learn to accept oursleves and our bodies and give ourselves the love and care we all need.
One-to-one lessons
Group Classes
Evening yoga, Streatham Hill
Over six weekly classes, we use breath, meditation and gentle postures to improve our ability to move our bodies without experiencing pain. There is particular emphasis on freeing shoulders, hips and spine. By increasing physical ease, we encourage an inner quiet in which to tune into our own intuition and wisdom.
Wednesday morning yoga, Brixton
Gently taught, applying modern therapeutic techniques to the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga. Learn to relax, breath, stretch and use your core muscles for ease and grace.
Students say: "For beginners the classes are not too scary or strenuous. For people with weak backs it is ideal. I like the breathing exercises and stretching some of those areas where it has been tight or strained for years. It's addictive though!"
